The house is very well located in a quiet estate with a concierge, a communal garden, and a private garden. It also offers a very spacious shared living area, a large kitchen, and a toilet on the ground floor. The rooms and the main bathroom are upstairs.

Both rooms available in early December will actually be empty from the 10th, and since it’s already paid for, you can move in between the 10th–18th free of charge until the contract officially starts on the 18th.

The property is exactly between Oval and Stockwell Underground stations, only a five-minute walk from each. It also offers easy access to Clapham North, Brixton, and Vauxhall, making it very convenient to reach the city centre.

Nearby, you will find shops, restaurants, a post office, and various other amenities, all within close walking distance

We are two young professional males looking for a new flatmate to join our home. We’re both Italian, easy-going, respectful, and we keep the place spotless. We love cooking (obviously) and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.

One of us works 9 to 5 in the construction industry (plumbing).

The other is a restaurant manager, working long shifts 11–12 hours a day, so he’s hardly ever at home.
