Looking for someone to take my room in a 3-bed flat in Oval.

The room will be available from February 1st - October 21st 2025 (flexible start date if necessary)

The room and flat

Big, spacious living room and kitchen with two bathrooms between 3.

5 minute walk from Oval station, 15 minute walk to Stockwell station, Tesco express (3 mins), Lidl (10mins), big Tesco (10-15mins), many pubs / restaurants, post office, bars within a 5 minute walk.

You will share with two full time professionals who enjoy a mix of socialising (football, pubs etc) and downtime after work (tv, PlayStation, cooking, board games etc).

Rent - £1,232.50 per month plus bills (~£100)

Looking for a full time professional who thinks they can fit into a relaxed, social house with two guys in their mid 20s (Jamie - 24, and Max - 26).
