I'm looking for friendly flatmates to take two large rooms in this brilliantly connected and recently refurbished top-floor flat. Couples are welcome and will be considered to take the en-suite room.

Fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher.

An amazing roof terrace with views of the London eye & The Shard. Equipped with table, chairs and a BBQ.

Double room:
Partly furnished, open and bright (promise!) room, with fitted drawers and wardrobe. I'm in the process of confirming with the agency to ensure a bed can be included too as this is currently my flatmates and he will be taking it.

📍 Amazing Location:

10 min walk to both Oval (Northern Line) & Stockwell (Victoria Line), 15 min walk to Vauxhall, 20 min walk to Brixton. The flat is situated on a peaceful tree-lined residential street. It feels like a little oasis right next to Central London.

Big Lidl is just 8 min walk away, Tesco express and a Gym is 2 mins.
Plenty of Portuguese cafes and restaurants around for you to get you pastel de nata fix.

💸 Bills and practicalities.

Bills are around £100 each.
Councill tax: Band C

Whilst the property is available from 18th Jan, references will need to be completed by December as per the Estate Agents processes. We'll be signing a 12-month contract, so rents will be locked in for the year.

A deposit of £1251 will be required (and payable to the existing tenants, as you will takeover their share).

Viewings can be arranged between 17-30 November
