You’ll be sharing with myself (28, NZ) and Ollie (27, UK). We’ve both been here just over a year and genuinely love the place.

We’ve got a good balance of being social whilst enjoying our own space. We’re usually up for a movie night, heading to the pub and enjoy taking trips to explore new parts of London (and sometimes Europe). We like to host friends occasionally, but the flat is rarely too loud or busy. We’re also respectful of downtime should you want to do your own thing.

As individuals, we’re both into running, cycling, and enjoy cooking – we like to occasionally cook together as a flat at the weekends. We both work in central London with a few WFH days each week. Your room is big enough to fit a desk comfortably, should you need to work from home too.

About the flat:
- Spacious double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, double glazed + fully insulated
- Large bathroom (shared with 1 other), kitchen/dining area, and living room
- Huge deck area, ideal for soaking up the sun and BBQ’ing during the Summer
- Garage area offering shared additional storage (great for bikes and/or larger luggage)
- Gated community between Camberwell (10-min walk) and Oval (10-min walk)
- 10-min walk to Oval Station (Northern line) or 6-min Lime to Oval/Kennington

Rent & details:
- £1,071 per month
- Bills approx £150 each per month
- Deposit: £1,000
- Must pass reference check, working professionally and earn above £31k
- Lease runs until end of Aug 2026 (we’re keen to renew after that)

Who we’re looking for:
Someone of a similar age that’s friendly, easygoing, tidy (enough) and that is up for living in a chilled but sociable flat.
