Double bedroom in modern 2 bed flat with terrace

I am looking to sublet my room whilst I am secondment for the next few months, available immediately. This is a very good size room with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and all the usual storage. It also comes with a standing desk and 32 inch curved monitor - so great for wfh! The room also has access to an outdoor terrace which is great for a morning coffee and to let the air in during the warmer months!

The kitchen is also massive and has lots of utensils for use - all the usual ones like a toaster, microwave etc but also a juicer, nutribullet air fryer and toastie machine. We also have all the pots and pans etc you could ever need so great for anyone who hasn’t got round to buying all this yet! The living room is open plan with the kitchen and the Smart TV has access to Netflix etc. (which you can watch surrounded by my flatmate’s growing plant collection!).

My flatmate is 30 years old, also a young professional and is looking for someone who is clean, tidy and is sociable (although not a party animal!). He works in the office around 2-3 days per week and is generally quite busy at weekends, so at times you would get the place to yourself which is quite nice.

The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly and has a bike shed for use if needed.
