Double room in a 2-bed 2-bath in Oval

Looking for a flatmate to share a 2-bed top floor flat in Oval, available from 6th February 2026.

The room: Double room furnished with bed, wardrobe and drawers. Rooms are on separate sides of the flat so decently private space.

The flat: Two bed two bath, means effectively have a bathroom each. Bright living room area with big sofa, kitchen was new when I moved in, has a dishwasher and washing machine.
I’ve been here over 4 years (flatmate is leaving me for his bf). Landlord is great and responsive, we’ve never had any issues.

Tenancy: Joint tenancy agreement for minimum term 6 months, then rolling.
Rent is £1,050 per month plus ~£190 bills each.

Me: Easy-going, friendly (relatively), gay. Without sounding like a dating ad, I like music/concerts (send me your Wrapped), gaming, TV/YouTube. I work in games marketing, mostly from office.

You: No need to be a saint, but given it’s just two of us, be respectful of the shared areas, tidy and clean. I occasionally work from home and as space on living room table is limited, looking for someone who is not fully remote.

Room available on 6 February 2026 (can be slightly flexible).
Will be doing viewings in early January, but just wanted to get the post up.
