Hi!
As my flatmate is moving out, there will be a l double room available in my flat in Oval from February 16th.
The flat is super spacious for two, with furniture and plenty of storage space. Close transport links with the tube being a 6 minute walk away, and bus stops being round the corner too. Access to a balcony that’s shared between all residents in the block, which is good for some easy access fresh air.
A little about myself- I have just moved to London this week and am starting a new job on Monday that will be part in office, part remote. I am someone who enjoys going for coffee’s, cocktails and walks, but also equally admire a relaxed night in, with some snacks and tea! It would be ideal to find someone who is similar to me, who is CLEAN and doesn’t mind doing their fair share to keep the flat cosy for the both of us :)
The rent is £850, with bills coming to £130-£180 depending on usage. We end up getting rebated some of the money back too! That includes wifi, water, gas and electricity & council tax.
