Bright double room in Oval

Hi everyone, I’m moving out of my lovely flat in Oval to live with my sister, and looking for someone to fill my room! It’s available from the 15th February, but there is some flexibility for a later move in if needed.

It’s a 2 bed flat with a separate living room and kitchen. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. It gets lots of light during the day!

You’ll be living with my lovely flatmate Alex. She’s 26 and works in investor research with 4-5 days in office. We love to catch up in the evenings watching TV together or with the occasional trip to the pub, but equally respect each other’s space too. I’d love to do find someone looking for a similar vibe to replace me. This isn’t a party flat, but a cosy place to call home.

Oval tube station is a 2 minute walk away, we’re a 2 minute walk from bus stops with buses going to Victoria, Oxford Circus, Holborn and City of London, and a 15 minute walk from Vauxhall. We also have a farmers market right on our doorstep every Saturday.

Rent is £1,060 a month, with all bills coming to around £130.
