Lovely 3 bed in Oval, looking for a housemate

Hello, we are Ben (he/him), Beth (they/them) and Ivonne (she/her) and we are looking for a 4th housemate for our lovely 3 bed flat in Oval. The rent for the room is 975 + bills (aprox 100), the council tax band is C.

About Ben: I'm 30 and work for a Fintech company in central London (WFH 3 days a week). I spend most of my time training acrobatics, listening to music and reading.

Regarding the house environment, we are very easy going and tidy. We value open-mindedness and a nice sense of community and would love to live with like-minded people who share these values.

We will be very respectful of your personal space, but we are sociable and enjoy a social evening chatting, playing board games or watching a movie.

Our current flatmates are moving out on the 22nd March, so we're looking for someone to replace them from then (the dates are slightly flexible).The room is furnished with everything you see in the pictures, except for the desk and the chair.
