We have a spare room in our house in Oval for the right person.
Its available from 1st of February.
There’s a double bed in the room now.
It’s 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
The garden is shared with the downstairs neighbour but he never uses it.
He also pays a large chunk of the bills, so they are super low (50ish pm each).
