Room in SW London (Oval/Vauxhall)

Hello, I'm looking for someone to move into our flat in Oval/Vauxhall.

The flat has a good sized kitchen, living room and a separate toilet/bathroom. The bedroom is as pictured but doesn't come with the mirror or the desk/attached shelves (but can sort out with current tenant if they're wanted).

The flat is about 10 mins walk to Oval and 15 mins walk to Vauxhall (it's faster if you're speedier than Google maps) so both Northern, Victoria and SWR lines easily accessible.
There are some lovely pubs/restaurants around here but it's importantly 25 mins door to door to Oxford Street, 30 min walk from Brixton, 30 min walk to Clapham so really accessible to most of London.

It's on the second floor with a lift, and there is parking (if permit bought).

Bills tend to come to about 160 (inc council tax)
and deposit is five weeks rent (1183).

ABOUT ME

I'm 28 and work in marketing (from home 3-4 days a week).

I love baking, going for dinner, wine, dancing, good coffee walks, going to the gym, travelling, gigs, reading and good tv (especially anything that comes out of HBO).

I've lived with friends for 10 years so while I have an active social life I love spending nights in watching tv/ having a good natter in the living room so this wouldn't be your vibe if you wanted to stay in your room every night.

I love anything plants/cutesy for the flat and am I'm coeliac so am very clean but am still willing to share kitchen stuff etc (it's not a problem if you eat gluten!)

Move in date is super flexible, current tenant would be able to move out between mid Feb to mid March.
