There are two rooms available in Oval from the end of February 2026. Myself and a friend are moving out and looking for two cool girls to join our lovely flatmate!

- £1000 per month per person, bills estimate £100-120 pcm
- Available from 22 Feb
- Deposit £800
- Tenancy till August 2026, with potential to extend on a periodic basis (confirmed with landlord)
- Council Tax Band C

- Large Separate Kitchen (Gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer)
- Private communal garden
- Secure Bike Parking

- 8 minute walk to Oval (Northern Line)
- 15 minute walk to Stockwell (Northern & Victoria Lines)
- 25 minute walk to Brixton
- Bus stop right outside the flat which takes you to Oxford Circus, Victoria & more within 35 minutes!

About you:
- Female, mid to late 20's
- Full time employed (able to pass referencing)
- Social and Friendly - this is a home not just rooms!
- Clean, tidy and respectful

Current flatmate:
- A 26 year old Aussie Recruiter who loves the gym, travel, and a good pint! She loves to have fun on the weekends but balances with a strong work week routine! She's after someone to watch a show with, and be more of a friend!

We have loved living here and are super sad to be leaving.
