Two friendly and tidy flatmates to create a home

My friend Emma and I are on a mission to create our dream flat and are looking for our two perfect flatmates! We are two looking for two others to take the rooms in our lovely new house inbetween Battersea and Oval.

The house: The house is really spacious and bright with great transport links, a 5 min walk to Nine Elms tube station on the northn line. There is a grgeous little decking garden, which we are keen to make look lovely with fairy light for evening dinners and drinks. There are two rooms, one larger (£1170) and one smaller (£1060), move in 4th April, you will need to complete reference and credit checks

About Us: We are both in our 30s, I'm a Clinical Psychologist and Emma is a performer in the West End. Outside of work we are both really into nature and traveling, music and dancing, anything creative, cooking feasts for friends, the theatre and befriending all the dogs.

About you: We’re wanting to create our cozy, fun and sociable new home, we are both incredibly decent humans (I may be biased) with great banter and even greater cuddles. Even though it’s been said on every single Spareroom ad, we genuinely want to be friends with our flatmates and not just co exist, it’s important to us that we actively want to spend time together. Think cute picnics, kitchen dance parties, trash tv, theatre dates, fairy lights in the garden, family dinners and cozy chats.
