Bright sunny room available for someone to take over my share of the lease as I’m moving back to NZ. Move in date is 3 May as I’m moving leaving the UK 1 May. Current lease renews in September 2026.

The room:
- Fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, desk and chair
- Room is on the smaller side so you pay the least rent amongst the flat

The flat:
- The flat is small but has all usual stuff. Note we have no proper lounge. The only hang out space is the kitchen which has a comfy counch.

Transport links:
- Oval (Northern line) 8 mins walk
- Stockwell (Northern and Victoria line) 12 mins walk
- Bus links also available
- Lime and Santander bikes are right outside

Flatmates:
- Alicia (my sister) - mid 30s New Zealander who works as a team coordinator and WFH one day a week
- Elena - mid 30s Maldova who works in hospitality

What we’re looking for:
- Only girls sorry
- Someone of a similar age who is respectable and clean (we have a cleaning rotation). We’re always up for a chat in the kitchen if we bump into each other.
- The new flatmate would need to have a full time job to pass references by the property manager company. They are very responsive and we’ve had no issues.

- Lidl, Tesco express, little Sainsburys and a gym group, with a big Sainsburys about 17 mins away.
- Battersea, Brixton and Elephant and Castle are a bike ride away
