I am leaving my room in this first floor 2-bedroom flat in a listed building! Looking for a female professional between 25 and 35 to replace myself on the lease.
The flat is conveniently located a 2 minute walk from Oval tube station (Northern Line) and super well connected to central london and the rest of south london (Brixton, Clapham, Peckham, etc) via bus!
The bedroom has extremely high ceilings that make the space seem larger than it is. The room comfortably fits a double bed, a small wardrobe, and a bedside table (all included).
You would be sharing the flat with Sophie, who has lived her for 4 years; she's 33, she’s an architect who’s in the office 4-5 days a week. She enjoys meeting up with friends after work, is often out hiking on the weekends and loves to travel.
The flat is great if you need to work from home, the wifi is strong and fast.
Landlords are lovely and very hands-off but always very responsive to any issues. Eg: the fridge broke a year in to my tenancy, and it was replaced within a week!.
No pests or vermin in the flat, the flat is well ventilated and we've never had any issues with damp or mould. And all the walls in the building are thick so no noise from neighbours above or next door!
The building has a communal rooftop for sunny summer lunch-breaks or sunbathing and an elevator and a porter/concierge who works in the foyer on weekdays to help with post collection.
