I have a lovely 4 bed flat in Vauxhall/Oval available.

This property was only purchased a few months back and had a full refurbishment - this includes painting throughout, new laminate flooring in all bedrooms and hallways, with vinyl in the kitchen and tiles in the bathroom plus blackout blinds in all bedrooms.

We installed a brand new kitchen from Howdens with lots of surface and worktop space as well cupboards for storage.
Large and small electrical goods have been ordered and will be provided, these include large fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.

The 4th room here (and biggest) has now been secured, so i have just 3 rooms available.

I have ordered Ikea furniture for all the bedrooms - this includes a double bed, triple wardrobe and bedside table. These rooms are all great sizes so if anyone wants to bring additional furniture, they are more than welcome to! There is plenty of space.

Location wise, this flat is a short walk to Vauxhall Station (less than 10 minutes) where you'll find National Rail service with trains heading to Clapham Junction or Waterloo, plus the Victoria Line.
Kennington & Oval Tube Stations are 10-15 minutes walk and service the Northern Line.
