Double Room Zone 1/2 2 mins from Northern Line!

Hey!! We’re looking for a replacement flat mate as one of us has to leave London.

The flat itself is lovely and my favourite place so far in London, it’s 2 minutes from Oval station and 10 minutes from Kennington so super well connected. Vauxhall is a short walk about 12 minutes too. It’s also right opposite Kennington Park which is great in the Summer.

It’s got a shared living room and kitchen which is a lovely social space for working / having friends over, etc.

The bedroom itself is lovely, gets great sunlight and comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe.

Currently, there are 2 girls living at the flat (24 y/o), we both work full time, I work fully in office and Jen works hybrid. We’re both social, clean people, and are super easy to live with, so looking for a flat mate who’s similar!

Our preference is another girl around a similar age, preferably also working. Someone who’s social, fun, tidy, and agreeable is perfect!
