I am 34, professional, very independent and easy-going. I like to keep the flat tidy and organised and would expect the same in a flatmate. I’d prefer someone who is happy to occasionally have a drink/banter or hang out watching TV etc. I keep it quiet at night during the week but also enjoy having friends over on weekends.
