Moving out and looking for someone to take over my room for the final month of current tenancy. After that, from August 2026, the landlord is happy to discuss new tenancy directly with you.

Rent: £900 pcm, including bills (utilities may vary slightly due to usage, but nothing dramatic)

Move in date: From 28/29 June 2026

Please note that the room is available on the basis that rent is paid for the month of July 2026. If you would like to stay beyond July and into August, you can discuss a new, longer-term agreement directly with the landlord.

The room is part of a friendly shared flat and comes with access to huge living room and peaceful garden. Located in a quiet residential area while still being incredibly central, with excellent transport links and a wide range of local amenities, gyms, cafés and restaurants just a short walk away. I've lived here for the past two years and have genuinely loved it.

A few pieces of furniture in the room belong to me, but I'd be happy to discuss leaving some items behind.
