I’m looking for new flatmates to fill our lovely, laid-back, social flat in Oval as my housemates are both moving out due to finding jobs abroad.

The bedroom is large, fully furnished double with big windows, with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We’ve been here for over 2 years and love the flat which has 3 bedrooms total, big kitchen, living room and a big bathroom. There’s:

✅ Free parking space
✅ Locked bike racks
✅ + All the usual amenities of a fully furnished flat

Nice landlord too who looks after the property (inside and outside) well. We keep it clean so will be looking for someone who does the same!

We’re a 10 minute walk from Oval station and 15 from Stockwell station. There’s loads of buses right outside the door too.

I’m Ryan, pretty active and out and about a bit, love playing football and salsa dancing, trying to pick up tennis this summer. I like a trip to the pub too. At home, I enjoy cooking and socialising, but also try to strike a balance as enjoy my alone time as well (classic line…) In the office usually 2-4 days per week. Definitely looking for people who want to have a friendly vibe rather than just a place to sleep (another classic….)
