I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into this bright double bedroom in an airy top-floor flat, available from the end of July.

The flat is ideally located, around a 7-minute walk to Oval and 10 minutes to Stockwell, making it easy to get around London (Northern & Victoria line). It's on the top floor of the building and consists of a spacious living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms.

The room comes furnished with:

* Double bed with lift-up under-bed storage
* Wardrobe
* Chest of drawers
* Bedside table

(The flat was originally unfurnished, but I've fully furnished it and made it a comfortable, homely space)

Rent: £1,100 per month
Bills: Usually £150–£200 per month (Lambeth council tax is sadly spenny!)

The location is great for day-to-day life:

* Less than 5 minutes' walk to both The Gym Group and PureGym
* Less than 5 minutes to two Tesco stores
* Under 10 minutes to a large Lidl
