My bf + I are for a new housemate to join our home as our current flatmate is moving out. We are 26 and 28 so looking for someone close in age to us.

We are flexible with move-in date, but looking for someone to join us from mid July.

The flat is a 6 minute walk from Oval tube station , a 15 minute walk from Stockwell tube station or a 20 min walk from Vauxhall, with loads of great bus connections right outside too.

We’re close to lots of restaurants and shops with all the essentials (Tesco is only a few mins away) but the flat itself backs onto a residential area so is incredibly peaceful + with friendly neighbours.

We’ve both lived with tons of flatmates, and would love someone who can feel as at home in our flat as we do. We’d love someone who will bring a friendly vibe and will join in on a chat after work in the kitchen.

I work in data and will be going into the office 3x a week, and my bf works in finance (but isn’t a finance bro - promise!) and goes in ~1x a week. Pic of us attached.
