Ensuite double, flexible, short-term stay in Oval

Hi all,

I'm moving from the area and need someone to replace me in a 3 bed house in Oval. The house and location is great, sharing with two guys, Joe and Will who are easy going and both work full time.

We're looking for someone flexible, staying short term as we're ending the lease mid-September. You can also take the house on if you have others. My room will be available around the end of July.

The house has 3 floors, is modern and each room has its own bathroom and also a separate shared toilet. Plenty of kitchen space too. There is a private, off road parking space which is great for securing your car.

The room is a big en-suite, with a double bed. Plenty of space for a WFH setup too and is further away from communal areas and the road so it's super quiet.

Viewings can be done pretty flexibly, just with a bit of notice. Please note some of the photos are from before move in and others are from now. Some furniture (bed, mattress, bed side table and wardrobe) is included in the room but I'm happy to negotiate on the rest.

Rent is £1,235 and bills take it to about £1,400.
