We’re looking for a third housemate to join our friendly home!

The Flat

The room is in a bright 3-bedroom flat with fantastic views across London.

Rent: £875 per month

A cosy double bedroom, fully furnished with:

Gas is included in the rent, so you don’t have to worry about rising gas prices.

The remaining bills average around £150 per month, covering:

- Wi-Fi

- Bi-weekly cleaner

About Us

We’re both 29-year-old Spanish professionals.

Antoni works as an Architectural Assistant and is usually in the office during the week.

Alina is an Event Manager and works from the office or on-site at events.

During the week we enjoy quiet evenings at home after work. At weekends we’re usually out socialising with our own groups of friends, so while we’re friendly and happy to chat, this isn’t a party flat.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a professional aged around 28–35 who is respectful, considerate and easy to live with.

It’s important that you’re:

- Clean and tidy
- Happy to help keep the flat clean on a weekly basis
- Respectful of shared spaces and the people you live with

We also have one house rule: we don’t cook or use the kitchen after 9:00 pm on weekdays, to keep noise to a minimum during the working week.

If you know you’re generally messy, very loud or not comfortable sharing responsibility for keeping the flat clean, this probably won’t be the right fit.

The room is available from 18th July.
