Oval 2-bed flat share - female preferred

A lovely double room is available in a spacious 2-bedroom flat, shared with one friendly professional female! (After living in the flat for 5 years, my current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend.)

Fantastic location – a 6-minute walk to Oval Station (central London is only 20 minutes away on the Northern Line), 10-15-minute walk to Lidl, a big Tesco and a big Sainsbury’s. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, with local shops, cafés, pubs and parks.

The room – the bedroom is fully furnished with plenty of storage – a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a big wardrobe.

The flat – on the first floor, featuring a great living room with a dining table, sofas etc. There is space to WFH here although no more than 2-days/week (you wouldn’t be disturbed as I work in my bedroom). There is a separate kitchen with all the usual appliances, as well as one bathroom/shower.

About me – I’m a fun and friendly professional working in Higher Education. I enjoy spending time with friends, trips to museums, creative pursuits and exercising. At the same time, I value a calm home environment and appreciate quiet time to relax and recharge. I'm clean, respectful, and considerate, and I'm looking for a like-minded female professional who is easy-going, tidy, and enjoys a balance of socialising and personal space.

Bills come to around £150/month. You will have to do reference checks though the agency.
