Lovely room in Oval, 5 minutes from Northern Line!

Heya!

We have a lovely, fully furnished double room becoming available from 14th of September.

The flat is on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. We also have space downstairs for bikes.

It’s located 5 minutes’ walk from Kennington Park and 5 minutes’ walk from Oval (Northern Line), as well as 15 minutes’ walk from Vauxhall and around 10 minutes by tube from London Bridge and Clapham.

The street has lots of restaurants, shops, 2 convenience stores, a PureGym, a post office and a Tesco Express, with a larger Tesco nearby.

You’ll be living with Emeli, who is from Sweden and currently studying Law, and Rebecca, who is from Italy and works as an actress and producer, alongside working in a theatre box office.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and tidy, and who enjoys having a nice, comfortable home. We’re happy to socialise together but also respect each other’s space.

Bills (including internet, water, gas, electricity and council tax) are roughly £100 a month, depending on the time of year.

Council tax band C.

The rent would start from 14 September. From 14 September until 10 October, the room would be rented under a subletting agreement. From 10 October, the tenancy would then be transferred to the official lease agreement.

As the room will be transferred onto the official tenancy, the new tenant will need to pass the landlord/agent’s referencing process.
