Spacious Double Room in Oval

Hi there,
I'm looking to move out of my lovely room situated at the top floor of a block of flats in Oval. The room is large, naturally lit, and comes fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Heating, gas, water, electricity and wifi are all included, making this an economically savvy choice for London living.

The flatmates are clean, quiet and usually keep to themselves, which makes this a calm space to either work from home or use as a home base. The kitchen comes with the usual set up containing a lot of utensils for home cooking. The toilet and bathroom are standard, with no issues with heating or water pressure.

The neighbourhood is relatively quiet aside from when children play during their lunch break at the nearby school. There is also a lovely park next door that has a friendly cafe. You'll be 3 minutes walk from a tesco, and 12 from a lidl. As for tube stations Oval is a 10 minutes walk, with stockwell being 15 minutes away.

Happy to negotiate with timing for moving in, as I can leave earlier if this works for you. The rent is set to increase to £700 a month in November, however this is still relatively cheap
