Hello everyone!
My wonderful flatmate is moving back home to Australia and I’m looking for a female flatmate to join me in our lovely home in Stockwell / Oval. I’m hoping to find someone friendly, clean and considerate who wants a nice, relaxed home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

💷 Rent: £1,325 pcm + bills

🛏️ Room available: 1 double bedroom

📅 Move-in: October 2026 (can be sooner)

🏠 Flat: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

The flat is bright, modern, comfortable and homely, with everything you need for day-to-day living. It’s the kind of place that feels like a proper home, and I’d love to find someone who will enjoy it and look after it as if it were their own.

There’s lots nearby too, with great transport links (including the Northern line and Victoria line), shops, cafés, pubs and everything you need within easy reach.

A little about me: I’m Caroline, in my 30s and I work in finance (in the office most of the week). I’m sociable and always up for a chat, dinner or a tea / glass of wine, but I also really value having my own space and a calm home environment. I’m looking for someone who’s similar — friendly, tidy, respectful and happy to have a nice balance between being sociable and doing our own thing.
