Room in a 4 bed house - Oval/Camberwell

Hi everyone!

We are looking for someone 24 and over to take this room in our lovely house in Oval!

The boring bit:
Located within a gated mews in Oval, a 10 minute walk from Oval station or 20 minute walk from Vauxhall station.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 bedroom is en-suite) with the best feature probably being the huge terrace - a perfect sun trap in the summer!
The room £850 pcm with bills estimating about £130. Room is on the smaller side but there is a mass amount of storage space in the house and a dedicated built in wardrobe for whoever takes the room. It will be available from the 18th of October, however this date can be flexible +/- a few days if needs be.

The Best bit:
You’d be living with Chloe (28), Katie (27) and Fraser (28). We are all friends from different places (work, uni, spare room). We enjoy a laugh and a night out at the pub and also a chilled evening together, as well as appreciating space and alone time. We would love to have someone to join in with us but equally fine if not! It would be great to have someone move in who has also lived in London already so can show us areas we’ve not been to yet! However, this is not a deal-breaker.
