Hi everyone!
We are looking for someone 25 and over to take this room in our lovely house in Oval!
The boring bit:
Located within a gated mews in Oval, a 10 minute walk from Oval station or 20 minute walk from Vauxhall station.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 bedroom is en-suite) with the best feature probably being the huge terrace - a perfect sun trap in the summer!
The room £850 pcm with bills estimating about £130. Room is on the smaller side but there is a mass amount of storage space in the house and a dedicated built in wardrobe for whoever takes the room. It will be available from the 18th of October, however this date can be flexible +/- a few days if needs be.
Ideally looking for a guy to move in to give Fraser to equal out the dynamics and maybe even beat him at badminton, golf or any sport.
The Best bit:
You’d be living with Chloe (28), Katie (27) and Fraser (27). We are a really tight house who enjoy a laugh and a night out at the pub and also a chilled evening together, as well as appreciating space and alone time. We would love to have someone to join in with us and get involved with our antics. We are a clean house, respectful of each other and really looking to find a friend in our home.
