We have a double room in a 3 bed flat really close to Oval tube station, available for the summer. Kennington and Vauxhall stations are close as well as lots of buses. Oval is a really nice place to live with lots of cafes/restaurants and a farmer's market on a Saturday. There is also a park just across the road.
The whole flat is furnished and the room comes with a double bed, triple wardrobe, desk and a chair. There is a bathroom with separate toilet, living room and kitchen. The flat has broadband and a large flat screen TV.
You will be sharing with two females both aged 31. We both work full time so we make the most of our weekends! We are looking for someone easy going with a good sense of humour.
Serious stuff... the bills total about £90 a month which includes water, gas, electricity, TV licence and broadband.
The room is available from April 10th, viewings can be arranged in the evening.
