Amazing, sunny and brand new Kennington flat!

We are a fun, friendly and relaxed group of professionals and we have just secured a lovely newly refurbished property 1 minute's walk from Oval tube. The flat is freshly painted with wooden floors throughout, a really big and sunny lounge with bay windows looking onto Kennington park, a large, modern kitchen, two bathrooms and three big double rooms. The location is great too - tube and buses are on the doorstep!

We're looking for an easy-going and sociable flatmate (would best suit a professional) who is clean/ tidy and wants to keep this lovely flat as a nice place to live :) we don't live in each other's pockets but it would be nice to have someone who wants to hang out sometimes!
