The Bedroom:
The bedroom is a fully furnished room with a Kingsize bed (the largest room in the house), it has a built-in wardrobe, a desk and a chair, as well as a smart TV.

All bills are included in the rent i. e. council tax, energy, internet, cleaning items, etc. Plus, there is fortnightly cleaner.

It’s located in quite a Cul-de-sac in the Oval/Stockwell area (off Brixton Road). You will have access to the communal areas i. e. Kitchen/Diner, Bathroom and WC.

- Who will I be sharing the house with?
You'll be sharing the house with the existing lodger who is a mature student in her early 40s, who's been there since mid-September.

- Will you (the landlord) live at the property?
I am a live-out landlord, who will be back and forth during your stay but will rarely ever stay over, I do however have a room at the property. Please note: I work from the house 2 days a week.

- What are you looking for in a lodger?
I'm looking for a female or non-binary lodger who is chilled out and considerate, as you'll be sharing the space. I'm open to mature students or professionals.
