Lovely Furnished Room Available in Oval – £1,200 PCM (All Bills Included)

We have a lovely furnished room available from the beginning of July in a modern three bedroom house with a garden, just a 4 minute walk from Oval Underground Station.

The rent is £1,200 per calendar month, inclusive of all bills, including WiFi, council tax and utilities. A one month deposit is required.

The house also has a loft, which is perfect for storing larger items such as luggage, boxes or belongings you don’t need on a daily basis. It is easily accessible whenever you need it.

You will be sharing with the live in landlord Paul and resident housemate Tony, along with our adorable (and toilet-trained!) cat, Yuki.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful and considerate housemate who would like to feel at home and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming environment.

We all have different jobs and schedules, so it’s quite rare that everyone is at home at the same time. It’s an ideal setup if you enjoy your own space and some peace and quiet.

We like to keep the house tidy and everyone cleans up after themselves. There are a few simple house rules that have worked well over the years and help keep things running smoothly.

About Us:

Paul is originally from Malaysia and owns the house. He is caring, helpful and enjoys sharing food with others. He is straightforward, honest and approachable, and appreciates open communication.

Tony is originally from Taiwan and works as an e-commerce corporate professional. He is friendly, respectful and a quiet, easy-going housemate.

The house is arranged over two floors and includes:
