We have a lovely furnished room for rent 1150 pcm all bills included. Advanced 1-month deposit is require. This is a three bedroom modern house with garden and just 5-minutes walk from Oval tube.

There is a loft in the house so if you have big items like luggage, boxes or things you don't need you can store them. It is accessible at any time.

The landlord is Paul and resident roommate Clinton - along with our adorable (toilet trained!) cat Yuki.

We are looking to find a polite, friendly and respectful housemate who enjoys a laugh and wants to feel at home..

We all have very different jobs and start times so it's very rare that we're all in at the same time, which is good if you like personal space and some time to yourself.

A tidy house keeps everyone happy so we all like to clean up after ourselves. There are a few simple house rules with cleaning - which has worked really well.

About us - Paul is from Malaysia and the landlord. He is super helpful and caring and loves to share food. He calls a spade a spade so if there are any problems he'll tell you straight up and is very open for you to be same.. Clinton - is from Thailand and a chef, still living his life to the full and he is a respectable quiet housemate.

The house itself is two stories, with a big modern kitchen and dining area and big minimalist lounge with big TV and there is a cool garden and patio set out the back.

There's a big bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs.

There's a Tesco just nearby, Kennington Park, tennis courts, super cheap PureGym and every bus under the sun on the doorstep taking you everywhere from Brixton, Victoria, Waterloo, Oxford Street, Kings Cross and Liverpool Street plus the tube of course. Vauxhall is only a 10-minutes walk away. There are quite a few cute pubs nearby.
