1 double room in cosy Oval flat, 4 mins to tube

We are two young professionals (Luke and Vicky) and are looking for one new flatmate to move into our flat in Oval from mid August. Rebecca is a long timer having been in the flat 6 years but is moving further outside London now so is giving up her cosy double bedroom.

It’s a 3 bed flat with 1 fully furnished double bedroom available. The flat also has a large kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. It is a 2 minute walk from Oval underground station and close to main bus routes too.

The room is £682 per month. Monthly bills on top of this are usually about £90 per person a month (this covers council tax, gas, electricity, water and TV & internet).

The move in date will be from w/c 16th August but could be sooner if needed.
