We are looking for a new tenant to replace myself in a double room in a spacious flat in Fentiman Road, Oval/Vauxhall. You will be living with Louisa who works as a workshop technician and Emma who works in social media.

I have lived here for six years and it is a perfect london flat, it is in a great location and the flat itself is very spacious. The flat is just under a ten minute walk to Vauxhall station and about a 5 minute walk to Oval. The room is a double, there is also plenty of additional room for storage throughout the house as the flat is spread over two floors. Bedroom has a brand new mattress and comes fully furnished. Large living room and kitchen/dining room. Dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer. Two bathrooms, both with showers. There is a great pub three doors away, which also does a good pub quiz on Tuesdays!

Rent is £725 pcm plus bills (come to around £80 a month)

Deposit is £900
