Looking for gay-friendly, dog-friendly Mon - Fri lodgers to share period townhouse with the owner (me), and a black standard schnauzer called Oscar. Both bedrooms are king/double, both have ensuite bathrooms. The house is 1 minute walk to Oval tube (northern line) on a pretty square with a large private garden. Big kitchen and dining area, 2 comfortable sitting rooms, SKY television, utility room with washer and dryer etc. My partner works on the south coast and so we have a house in Chichester. Therefore, although I am a 'live-in' landlord and we have our own bedroom and bathroom at the house, we are often away, particularly during the week. Cleaner, gardener, linen provided. Would suit someone looking for a Monday to Friday rental with some additional space and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Please do note that this is a MONDAY TO FRIDAY rental only. Therefore it is for people who travel to London every week for work but live elsewhere at weekends. Rooms are available now.
