The large outdoor terrace is lovely on a warm evening. The area is quiet and peaceful, you could forget you are in London! A little piece of calm in the bustling city, even though it is zone 2!

The room is en suite with use of the large terrace. Comes with a wall mounted 46 inch 4K TV, bedside tables, tall boy chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. If you require any further storage we can discuss.

The room to rent has a fold down desk, handy if you work from home.

The kitchen is huge with plenty of storage space, a large fridge / freezer and dishwasher and a state of the art washing machine.

Open to everyone, the room would be ideal for a couple or perhaps a mature city worker who has a family home out of London where they spend their weekend.

Room includes a king size bed and TV points with built in wardrobe space.
The en-suite has a large shower, toilet and sink, along with plenty of storage for toiletries etc.

Steve is the live in landlord, he works in London in the week, weekends he will most likely be away visiting his daughter in the Midlands.

Steve has been in London over 17 years, he hails from Northern Ireland. He prefers peace and quiet in the week but weekends are well weekends as long as you’re respectful that's all he asks.

There is also a large bike storage room that is private for our block so if you own a bike you can have access to that too.

There is a spare room that can be used as a man cave / office or guest room as it has a double sofa bed, you are welcome to have friends stay as long as you let Steve know in advance.

The living room has a 55inch QLED TV with home cinema kit, happy to share the living space, to be honest Steve usually watches TV in bed in the evening.

All bills included plus internet and a fortnightly cleaner.
