I have large double bedroom with private bathroom available within my wonderful 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment just off Regent Street and 50 feet from BBC Broadcasting House. It's a one minute walk to the Langham Hotel. Both Bond Street station and Oxford Circus stations are about 5 minutes walk.

Looking to rent the second bedroom with private bathroom. The flat has a large and bright living room overlooking the BBC TV studios.

I would like somebody who is tidy and will care for the flat like like his or her own and who will really enjoy the convenience of the fabulous location. I am the owner, I live in Wales and spend on average one night a week in the apartment so the new flatmate will have the flat to his or her own most of the time. Single occupation only please. Previous flatmate stayed for four years.
