The flat has a large and bright living room overlooking the BBC TV studios.
I would like somebody who is tidy and will care for the flat like like his or her own and who will really enjoy the convenience of the fabulous location. I am the owner, I live in Wales and spend on average one night a week in the apartment so the new flatmate will have the flat to his or her own most of the time. Single occupation only please. Previous flatmate stayed for four years.
