This is reached by steps. Beneath the bed is a two seater sofa. There is also a triple door wardrobe, a tv, a small dining table with two chairs and a bookcase. There is also room for a computer desk and chair. Although you may not need that because there are folding tables that double as a computer desk

So its perfectly easy to work from home in this room.

There is a kitchen which is equipped with washing and drying machines, fridge and freezer, cooker with a gas hob and an electric oven, and a microwave oven, and then there is the bathroom with shower over the bath and a toilet.

The area is very quiet and safe. Our street is full of Victorian and Georgian properties. On the corner there is a Tesco supermarket and an Ocado market. Around the corner on Foley St, Great Titchfield St and further afield on Great Portland St, there is a wide choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants, many with al fresco dining in summer, so it looks and feels a lot like Paris and you won't go hungry or thirsty, or get bored with the cuisine either!

The flatmate(s) are friendly, professional. The previous flatmate, who just moved out had lived at the flat for nearly eight years so that shows how comfortable he felt.

This is indeed high praise from two wonderful people who I am very sorry to see leave, but they want to start married life in their very own home, quite naturally.
