We're looking for a gal or gay guy to join our flatshare right in the centre of town.

Our apartment is on a quiet street in Fitzrovia, 5 minutes' walk from Soho and Oxford Circus Tube station.

It has real wood floors throughout, decent broadband and a nice kitchen with a Miele washer-dryer and a dishwasher.

The room has been recently redecorated and has a new made. com wardrobe, double bed, sofa and desk and chair.

The room is 895 a month, which includes ALL bills and is currently discounted for three months from 945 a month.
Things to note:
- We do not have a living room
- We need someone who can take the room no later than 30th June. Please only get in touch if that works for you.
