The one-bedroom is available for subletting from 1st May to 31st August, but the room can be available for a longer period upon negotiation with the landlord.
The apartment is located on the corner of Oxford Street, just a 3-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road underground station. (Elizabeth, Central and Northern lines). The building is within walking distance of many schools and colleges, such as LSE and UCL, and is very close to the theatre district. You would be renting the apartment with all female flatmates who are really friendly and clean!
The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, desk, chair, blinds, and a TV. There is a living room and a spacious kitchen with a dining area, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, and ironing board. All kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery are provided. Bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge and changed weekly. A weekly cleaning service takes care of cleaning the entire apartment, so this is managed for you. There is a resident representative on-site and CCTV, alongside an office within the apartment complex that will collect packages when you are not at home. The price includes utility bills, weekly cleaning of bedrooms and common areas, council tax, TV licence, and Wi-Fi.
The rent is to be paid upfront for the entire four-month sublet at £6063.75 (sublet money will not be paid to me, but to the company I am renting from which is Brittania Student Services-this ensures the sercurity of your money and ensures you have the room)
Rent for the months after August can be paid monthly or quarterly upon negotiation of a lease with the landlord (which is Brittania Student Services).
Upon messaaging to inquire about the sublet please confirm that you are a student, when you want to move in and if you are interested in just the 4 month sublet or a longer stay.
