We're looking for a nice guy or girl to join our professional flatshare.

* Stunning location in the heart of London's Soho, but on a surprisingly quiet street.

* Good sized room with a double bed, storage and desk - all new less than a year ago.

* 240 pounds a week, including all bills (except electric, which is shared). No extra fees.

* We have 2 bathrooms and a well equipped, modern kitchen plus super fast broadband.

PLEASE NOTE

* Room is available 15th August - we need someone on this date - no later.
* No couples or students - professionals only, sorry.
* Minimum 3 months, but priority given to longer term.

Leicester Square, Oxford Circus, Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road underground stations all nearby, though when you live so centrally you'll find yourself walking everywhere!
