Ensuite Room in spacious Paddington Flat

Hi! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely flat in Paddington :)

The room is a bright double ensuite in a spacious, clean and comfortable flat on a tree-lined Victorian street. The location is really central, about 3 minutes from Paddington Station, with the Elizabeth, Circle, District, Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City lines and the Heathrow Express all nearby. Hyde Park, Little Venice, Notting Hill, and plenty of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants are also within easy reach.

The flat itself is around 1200 sq ft, fully furnished, and has a nice amount of space so it never feels cramped. There’s wood flooring, central heating, a dishwasher, washing machine, private courtyard/patio, and our own private entrance.

You’d be sharing with a small group of friends in our early 30s. We’re into things like music, films and art, and we’re a queer-friendly flat. We do socialise together sometimes and enjoy having a chat, but we also really value our own space, so it’s definitely not a party house.

We’re ideally looking for someone around a similar age who’s friendly, easy to get along with, and respectful of a shared home. Cleanliness is really important to us - we like to keep the flat tidy and well looked after, and we’re looking for someone who feels the same.

Bills are £150 pcm and include water, electricity, gas, council tax and broadband.
