Single room available from the end of August

Room available for one person with double bed in central London Paddington/Little Venice from the end of August. In a very nicely presented three bedroom flat with balcony. Paddington station and Edgware Road station are both within five minute walking distance. I am a Spanish student who is tidy, responsible but also easy going and friendly. Several local amenities are nearby (M & S, Sainsburys and several bars).
