Large Double Room In W2 Paddington

Hi everyone,
my lovely flatmate is leaving back home due to his job. Current flatmates are Paul (me) and Ilana and I am looking for a third flatmate to join our flatshare in central London. Our flat has 3 rooms in total and is close to 4 tube stations, high street, Tesco, Waitrose, gym, library, Paddington station (Heathrow Express in 20min), plenty of 24/7 buses to get you anywhere. I am looking for a clean and tidy person, someone who likes those lazy days in but also outdoor activities. There is no living room but the room is big enough and comes fully furnished. Bathroom and kitchen is shared and come with all amenities. The rent is £725 a month and includes all utilities, bills (electricity, water, gas, heating, fibre optic internet, council tax) (for a full time out of home working person).
