Both rooms come with a new double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, either a desk and chair or small dining table and space for hanging your clothes. Room 3 is the smallest bedroom in the apartment, hence it is the cheapest. Both rooms 1 & 3 share a large brand new shower room with a toilet. All other bedrooms are ensuite.
