We're looking for a temporary flatmate (lodger) who can rent the room for a short period (now till 26th July 2020). We can discuss your budget.

This room (with furniture) has a HIGH-CEILING, a BALCONY, is in CENTRAL London and a VERY SAFE neighbourhood. Suitable for a clean, quiet and considerate individual who can help us maintain a high standard of privacy in this flat-share.

ABOUT THE FLAT:

- Superb central London location at W2 3DN (very near to: Paddington, Lancaster Gate, Bayswater, Queensway). Very close to Hyde Park-Kensington Gardens. Easy access to all modes of public transportation including to Heathrow.
- It's situated in a very safe street (SAFE NEIGHBOURHOOD) and among hotels, with convenience stores/cafes/restaurants nearby, Sainsbury's in Paddington, Tesco and Waitrose in Queensway (and the street market near Edgware Road).
- TFL bicycles are nearby, almost next to the building.
- It's just on the First Floor, with a very high ceiling (breathing space).
- There's a lift/elevator to carry heavy luggage/items from the Ground Floor if necessary
- Washing/drying machine.
- Shared kitchen with microwave oven, fridge, oven cooker, electric kettle, plates, bowls, cups, etc.
- Shared bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC, sink.

ABOUT THE BEDROOM:

There's a single bed, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers. You'll also have a balcony to get some fresh air (view of the mews).

RENT & DEPOSIT:

Rent: CHEAPER than usual, it's £23 per night if you rent for all nights (all bills included).

Security Deposit is £100 (this is refundable).

Note: This room is normally more expensive. We're moving out of this flat on 26th July so the room is only available for a short-term flatmate (lodger).
