Our contract ends on August 27th but can be easily renewed if you want to continue living there afterwards :)
The flat is available now for 2 months, but if you would like to spend one month here the move-in date would be July 27th.
We have a balcony with a gorgeous view, we are a 2 minute walk away from the Little Venice canals,
and a less-than-10-minute walk away from Paddington Station, Edgeware Road Station, and Warwick Avenue.
