The flat has large elegant eat-in kitchen (all white goods including washing machine), large modern bathroom and separate toilet. Most importantly we have wonderful south facing terrace with lots of sunshine and wonderful views.

Location:
The location is in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood of famous Little Venice, with canal walks, parks and lots of restaurants and shops.
There are two large parks nearby: Hyde Park and Regents Park and great transport links with Underground stations at Warwick Avenue, Paddington and Royal Oak and lots of buses.

Current housemates:
We are in the period of change with 3 housemates relocating.
The remaining housemate is Gaudat- young dentist from Spain.
We are looking for 3 nice people to join the flat. We will make sure that people joining have the opportunity to meet others.

The bills:
council tax, water, unlimited broadband, gas and electricity up to £20pppm and cleaner for communal areas are included.
