New modern flat that got renovated just before I moved in - end of 2020. The flat is really bright and sunny it’s also keeping heating very well so it’s never cold in the flat! All the electrics is Mielle and the finishes is high-end.

I am looking for someone to replace me in the contract due to moving in with my partner.

The the initial price of the flat was 420£ per week and it wasn't furnished. The landlord and me bought all the new furniture and it will be all left for you in the flat (besides the desks).

5 min walk to Edgware road station, 20 min walk to Regents park, 5-10 min away from M&S and Waitrose.

It's a truly nice apartment and you will love every single detail of it. Besides, the building was recently fully renovated internally and there is a big elevator.
